- Discovery Call: A 30-minute session to discuss your goals and vision. A chance to connect and explore your vision, goals, and story. We’ll talk through your brand, the message you want to convey, and how your visuals can support that.
- Brand Questionnaire: You’ll receive a thoughtful set of questions designed to help you reflect on your brand’s essence, your values, tone, and the emotional landscape you want your brand photos & video to express.
- Photoshoot planning session: Once I’ve reviewed your questionnaire, we’ll meet online or in person to align on your creative direction. We’ll cover locations, wardrobe, energy, and story flow.
- 3 Looks: We’ll design 3 looks that reflect different facets of your brand, from professional and polished to warm and approachable. I’ll guide you on what to wear, how to prepare, and how to bring your personality forward with ease.
- 1.5 hr photoshoot , 1.5 hr videoshoot: On shoot day, everything comes together. I’ll guide you through each moment so you can relax and feel at home in front of the camera. We’ll capture both photo and video content designed to reflect your presence and story authentically.
- Deliverables: 20 professionally edited photos (delivered in both high and web resolution) 15 Reels (edited with text hook + caption) 5 minutes of curated B-roll and behind the scenes footage
- Commercial Use License: Full rights to use your photos across digital and print platforms.
- Coffee, tea, and light snacks will be available throughout our time together so you’re fully supported, body and mind.
