Yasodhara Yoga is a path of self-inquiry, inner awareness, and spiritual practice. It weaves together asana, breath, meditation, and reflection as tools for conscious living. My connection with these teachings began at Yasodhara Ashram and continues to shape both my practice and the way I share yoga with others.
My connection with Yasodhara Yoga began at Yasodhara Ashram through the Yasodhara Yoga Development Course in 2007, and deepened through my return in 2015. Since then, Swami Radha’s teachings have remained an important foundation in my life, continuing to shape my practice, perspective, and relationship to yoga.
What draws me to this path is its depth, sincerity, and practicality. Yasodhara Yoga offers more than physical practice. It invites self-study, inner listening, and a more conscious relationship with daily life.
I share yoga in a way that is reflective, approachable, and supportive. My intention is to create space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and deepen their own experience of the teachings. I am available for yoga teaching, satsang, and supporting others in their practice.
